Storage precautions for rubber sheets

The main component of rubber sheet is rubber material, which is made under great pressure. At the beginning, it is very unstable and easy to expand and retract. It needs a short period of relaxation before normal use, otherwise it is easy to cause size mismatch. When storing rubber sheets, the following points should be noted:

1、 The warehouse for storing rubber sheets should first be selected in a well ventilated and relatively dry place.

2、 The location for storing rubber sheets should be determined to be away from heat sources and chemical substances.

3、 The storage location should be at least 20 miles away from the ground and walls.

4、 Avoid direct sunlight on the insulating rubber sheet.

In addition, the types of rubber sheets are different, and different rubber sheets should not be stored together. Due to the different types of sulfides, the temperature range for molding and curing also varies significantly, and may even be affected by climate change and indoor temperature and humidity, thus changing some of its components to avoid unnecessary impact on the quality of the finished rubber sheet.
