Oil resistant rubber sheet is an important type of rubber sheet, which can be roughly divided into three categories according to its different characteristics.

One type: Oil resistant rubber sheet, also known as general oil resistant rubber sheet, is made by vulcanizing nitrile rubber with various fillers and auxiliary materials, and can be sandwiched with fabrics to improve the physical and mechanical properties of the oil resistant rubber sheet. The main characteristics of a type of oil resistant rubber sheet are its average oil resistance and performance, as well as good waterproof, shock resistant, and anti slip properties. It is mainly suitable for some mechanical processing, manufacturing industries, automotive and shipbuilding industries, chemical enterprises, etc. It is mainly used for laying on the ground and countertops, playing a role in oil resistance, waterproofing, and anti slip, avoiding direct contact with the ground and causing product damage, and protecting the ground or countertops from damage caused by heavy object collisions.

Type 2: Oil resistant rubber sheet is made by vulcanizing 30%~60% nitrile rubber with styrene butadiene rubber and fillers, and the price is moderate. The physical and mechanical properties of Class II oil resistant rubber sheets are good, with moderate oil resistance; It has advantages such as sealing, performance, resistance to bending, and low compression deformation rate. It can be used as a sealing element in oil media (engine oil, hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, vegetable oil), mainly suitable for gasket processing, equipment lining, sandblasting lining and other enterprise processing matching. It is also suitable for insulating rubber sheets and laying the foundation for long-term use in workstations, floors, and electronic product places that come into contact with grease and have high performance requirements.

Three types: Oil resistant rubber sheets are vulcanized from over 70% nitrile rubber with fillers. Three types of oil resistant rubber sheets have excellent oil resistance and high temperature resistance, and can be used in high-temperature oil media (engine oil, diesel, gasoline, lubricating oil) at 120 degrees Celsius. Due to the fact that standard oil resistant seals are directly produced by seal manufacturing companies, only some non-standard large seals can use Class III oil resistant rubber sheets. Therefore, the use range of Class III oil resistant rubber sheets is relatively narrow and the price is relatively expensive. Mainly used for punching high oil resistant gaskets for sealing oil tanks and pipelines.
